It's that time of year again and with Father's Day just around the corner you may be wondering what you can do this year that will make your father's day a special one.Instead of buying your dad the same brand of socks, or his favourite aftershave why not spend the day learning self defense skills with him. These days, it's important for people to know how they can effectively defend themselves.
